Tsunami Hits Indonesia Following 7.2 Magnitude 'Quake: Extent of Casualties and Damage Unknown

As if there wasn't enough going on in the world right now, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast off of Java this morning and generated a tsunami that slammed into Indonesia's coastline.

This was definitely not a repeat of the monster tsunami that struck the region in December 2004 that killed over 229,000 people, but still, the waves were enough to obliterate some structures along the coastline of Java Island.

Tsunami warnings are posted for neighboring countries for the next several hours.
