Manhattan Bomber Uses Pressure Cooker Bombs: This Has the Look of Another Chechen Terror Attack

I hope the Manhattan bombings were not carried out by another person from Chechnya.  But explosive experts are pointing out “shocking” similarities between the pressure cooker bombs used during the Boston Marathon bombings and the recent attacks in New York.
