Dan Rather has been targeted by an e-mail campaign for his role in the memo scandal at CBS. The campaign seeks to have him replaced as anchor of CBS News; affiliates across the country are getting the petitions.
This campaign was organized by rathergate.com, a conservative blog operated by someone (not me) who is very upset with CBS for the memo scandal and for other media blunders.
Rathergate.com is so big that they are mentioned in the mainstream media. Amazing!
